Serrano of Bonita Springs is located on West Terry Street approximately 1 mile east of US 41 (Tamiami Trail). Serrano is an intimated gated community that will have fewer than 100 residences when it is built out. It is located near Brendan Cove, Paradise Village and Bonita Fairways.
