My team and I have sold many properties in Hacienda Village. I think it is one of the greatest values in the area for townhomes. The fees are low. The community is spacious. Hardly anyone knows it is here. Every time we show a property, someone says, "I never even knew this was here."

It sits very close to the action in Downtown Bonita Springs, with its lively nightlife, and to Riverside Park, home to festivals, art shows and community events. Yet inside the gates it is quiet. You won't hear the noise. It is the best of all worlds. It is really quite unique.
