The community of Bonita Beachwalk is in Bonita Springs, Florida west of US 41.  The complex consists of four buildings, each three stories.  There are twelve units per building and total forty-eight in the entire complex and were built between 2005 and 2007. The buildings have common elevators. 

The floor plans at Bonita Beachwalk are unique.  The units are each three bedroom  however the third bedroom and bath is detached and situated with a  private entrance door.  It is the only floor plan of it’s type in the area.
