Quail West has two 18-hole championship courses, both designed by Arthur Hills. The Preserve course opened first in the early 1990s. The Lakes course followed later in the decade. The club is member-owned. The Grand Clubhouse is about 100,000 square feet, with fine, casual and private dining, an indoor and outdoor sports bar, a grand ballroom, a wine bar and cigar terrace and a world-class spa and salon with sauna and steam rooms. The 12,000-square-foot fitness center offers physical therapy, Pilates, barre, TRX and spin studios along with an outdoor training area. There is also an indoor solarium exercise pool complex.

Our team has listed property in Quail West. I have also visited friends there for dinner over the years. Many Quail West homes have considerable size. Much of that space is outdoors.
