Bonita Springs Imperial Riverfront Homes For Sale
The main waterway in the city of Bonita Springs is the Imperial River. Many boaters and fishermen yearn to own a riverfront home on the Imperial River. There is a limited supply of homes on the Imperial River and those homes are generally considered luxury homes due to the prime location. Very often Imperial Riverfront homes in Bonita Springs are multi-story to comply with flood zone elevations. Many of the homes have a private elevator.
There are original homes located on the river. They are generally older homes, somewhat smaller in size and due to the build year they are at a lower elevation which may cause them to need expensive flood insurance In addition to riverfront homes there are creekfront homes on Oak Creek and Leitner Creek. All of these creeks and rivers offer gulf access however the further upstream the smaller the watercraft.
