A Local's View of Copperleaf

Like Spring Run, Copperleaf was built during quite a run in real estate. I remember it being ranked the fourth fastest selling development in the United States at the time. It was wildly popular and homes sold so quickly.

I once took buyers to Copperleaf and explained that the new construction sales agent would tell them homes were selling fast. They might feel pressured but the agent was telling the truth. Wouldn't you know it, my buyers found a new construction home they wanted. They said they had left their banking information at the hotel and ran back to get it. By the time they returned the entire building had sold.

Today the neighborhood is well established. It's beautiful, well manicured and carefully curated. The trees are mature and the landscaping and flowers in the medians are always spectacular when I drive through. Our team has sold a variety of homes in Copperleaf as well as a couple of condominiums.
