Cordera is one of the newest Bonita Springs townhome communities built in Bonita Springs, Florida. At the time of publication there was still new construction for sale. Cordera is a modest, 138 unit gated community.  It is located on Imperial Parkway just south of the Bonita Lakes community and just north of West Terry Street.

The amenities that Cordera feature a swimming pool, fitness room and a multi-purpose room. The pool deck is wide with ample seating both on the open deck and covered patio.

The homes at Cordera offer two choices for a view.  You can look at the specular lake or the quaint nature preserve view.

For the pet lovers, most townhome associations, like Cordera, offer more liberal restrictions on pets. You would want to confirm the HOA documentation for the current specifics.

Cordera consists of only three streets, Alvara Way, Cordera Point Drive, Alvara Point Drive so it is not a very large community. As of January 2016 the community has just about half of the units completed and owner occupied.
