When I explain golf communities to buyers, most people assume it's cut and dried: either membership is optional or golf is bundled with the home. A couple of communities are a little more unique and Hunters Ridge is one of them.

Every home in Hunters Ridge has at least a social membership. Some homes carry a charter membership that comes with golf privileges. The location is great, with quick access to I-75 and Bonita Beach Road and a fast drive to the beach. Hunters Ridge feels homey and it's a lovely community.
