Grandezza offers a highly amenitized lifestyle in a country club community. All homeowners in Grandezza are social members of the country club, which includes use of the dining/bar, fitness center, locker rooms, pro shops, tennis and swimming. Grandezza offers one of the top golf memberships in Estero featuring an 18 hole course, limited to 400 members. There are sports memberships, which offer a restricted amount of golf, for a reduced fee.
The clubhouse offers sweeping views of the community pool, lake and golf course. A poolside cabana offers refreshments to residents enjoying the pool or returning from a round of golf. Access to the locker rooms is available at the lower level/fitness level. The lower level of the clubhouse also hosts a complete fitness center and weight room, pro shop, locker room, lounge and access to the bag drop.
The upper level of the clubhouse features dining, ballroom, lounge and bar area and drive up entry. The hall can be rented for private parties and events such as weddings, meetings and reunions. There is a full list of activities for members to pick up in the lobby. The tennis center is located next to the clubhouse. There is an ample supply of courts and sign ups are recommended, especially during the busy season.
Grandézza's championship golf course stretches across 125 acres of terrain. Golf memberships are limited to a mere 400, which ensures ample space and time to enjoy the beauty of the course. The aqua driving range and putting green at Grandézza will sharpen your skills in both the long and short game. And when the game is over, relax with a cocktail in the Player's Lounge. The golf course at Grandezza features undulating greens, rolling fairways and sharp elevation changes. The course designer is Darwin Sharp III. The course was created to ensure a great experience in a natural habitat that includes countless species of birds and deer, with preserves of pine and cypress.
