Golf and Amenities

The 18-hole executive course was designed by Gordon Lewis and winds past the community lakes. Beyond golf, residents enjoy five swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce, a fitness center and a clubhouse with game rooms. The Creekside restaurant serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. Golf leagues, card clubs and community events keep the calendar full.

A Local's View of Country Creek

Country Creek has one of my favorite entrances ever. You drive through what I can only describe as a tunnel of oak trees and it is just so beautiful. As you come out of the oaks the country club is right in front of you.

I have sold several properties in this neighborhood, both as the listing agent and helping buyers. That includes single family homes, condominiums and smaller, quaint attached villas. Country Creek is in the Corkscrew corridor, close to so many conveniences.

I sometimes think I know so much about a neighborhood. Then I find out something new. The last time I wrote a contract for a buyer here, I discovered a quiet little spot the community keeps along the tributary that turns into the Estero River.

This section of town is known for its big, grand oak trees. Country Creek was one of the earlier communities in Estero, so the landscaping has had decades to grow in. It is magnificent. The streets are wide and there is space across the fairways. It looks like it has been here a lifetime. It feels easy, relaxed and quintessentially Florida, with moss hanging from the trees and an occasional cypress.

The location can't be beat. Country Creek sits at Three Oaks Parkway and Corkscrew Road, a stone's throw from grocery stores, dining, home improvement stores and the interstate. Miromar Outlets and Gulf Coast Town Center are only minutes away.

Location and Everyday Convenience

Country Creek sits in the Corkscrew Road corridor with Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets and Florida Gulf Coast University a short drive away. I-75 is minutes from the gate and Southwest Florida International Airport is an easy trip north. The community is bordered by Corkscrew Road to the south and Three Oaks Parkway to the east. The Estero River crosses the community near the entrance.
