The streets of Estero Bay Shores are Dolphin, Island Pines Way, Jackfish St, Judith Lane, Kingfish St, Pembroke Lane, Pine Tree Lane, Pinfish Court, Redfish Street, Sailfish St, Spring Creek Drive, Swordfish Street,  There are a few properties without gulf access on Pembroke Ln. on the north side of the street. Those properties back to mangrove estuary and The Colony at Pelican Landing.
