Sandy Hollow is a neighborhood of single family homes located in north east Bonita Springs, Florida. Sandy Hollow homes are positioned along the streets of Sandy Hollow Lane, Windley Key Terrace and Shade Tree Court.
Most homes in Sandy Hollow are typical Florida-style homes, ranch in design with two to four bedrooms. Homes have one or two car garages and some homes have a private swimming pool or room for a pool. The homes in the middle of the community face a man made lake and many other homes face a landscaped area or a privacy wall. The majority of the homes were built in the 1980’s and 1990’s.
The community of Sandy Hollow is not gated but it is uniform in appearance. There are no HOA fees. There are no common amenities. Nearby conveniences include fast access to downtown Bonita Springs and the entertainment hub of the area, Riverside Park. Sandy Hollow is across the street from the post office and the Bonita Springs High School is about one mile away on Imperial Parkway. Bonita Beach is only about a ten to fifteen minute drive.
