Mound Key Mobile Haven consists of two streets located within the community of Spring Creek Village, a manufactured home community. Both Spring Creek Drive and Dolphin Street properties comprise Mound Key Mobile Haven and all properties have gulf access.

Most of the homes have boat lifts and docks. Dolphin street has forty homes with eastern and western exposure, Spring Creek Drive has thirty homes with northern and southern exposure. These manufactured homes range from 1-3 bedrooms and have anywhere from 700 square feet to 2,200 square feet of inside living space.
