Irish Pines Homes For Sale Bonita Springs Florida

The area of Irish Pines is located in Bonita Springs Florida just off of East Terry Street.  It is a modest cluster of fourteen single family homes.  Homes in Irish Pines are offered only as resale homes. Most homes have a private swimming pool. 

The community of Irish Pines is not gated and there are no common amenities. Nearby conveniences include the Bonita Springs YMCA, Marni Soccer Fields and the Bonita Springs Dog Park.  Shopping centers such as Coconut Point Mall are located about fifteen minutes away. Bonita Beach is located about fifteen minutes away. The new Bonita Springs High School is in fairly close proximity.

Due to the low density there is little turnover of Irish Pines homes.  Similar communities include Eden Rock, Richview and Edenbridge Gardens.
