Gulf Woods Subdivision in Bonita Springs, Florida

The community of Gulf Woods is an area of Bonita Springs, west of US 41, off of Windsor Road. It is comprised of a mere ten homes.  The homes in Gulf Woods were constructed over a spans of many decades by different developers so the styles and designs vary. Sizes of homes range form modest Florida bungalows from about 1,000 sf to larger, more modern homes over two thousand feet.  Homes may or may not have private swimming pools.

Gulf Woods is located along the cul-de-sac end of Bailes Street. Gulf Woods is not gated, there is no homeowner association and there are no common amenities.  The appeal of living in Gulf Woods is the close proximity to Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach.  It is a moment away from Publix, ten minutes to Coconut Point Mall and twenty minutes from 5th Avenue in Naples.

Due to low density there are few properties for sale in Gulf Woods. Similar nearby areas include Sudbury Estates, Ohlman Acres and Meadowlark Estates.
