Spring Lakes is a single family home community with mild deed restrictions.  There are about one-hundred, thirty-five homes and home sites that comprise the community.  Homes have been built over a span of a few decades but are somewhat similar in design.  Homes may or may not have a private swimming pool.   Most homes at Spring Lakes have room for a pool to be installed.
