Cypress Plantations is a community of condominiums located in the Bonita Golf & Country Club area of Bonita Springs, Florida. Cypress Plantations is a unique townhome complex built in 1980. Each of the fifty units are two story in nature. The master bedroom is upstairs and there are no elevators. There are no garages and there are no covered carports.

Cypress Plantations condos have approximately 1,120 square feet of living area.  Due to the build year the interior décor maybe be dated or could be totally updated, depending upon the previous owners. 

The views from Cypress Plantations units include grassy, landscaped areas that were once the golf course (closed now) and views of other units or parking lot.

The only amenity at Cypress Plantations is a community swimming pool. There are no other common amenities.  Cypress Plantations is located near many great conveniences such as Riverside Park and the new redeveloped Downtown area minutes away and Coconut Point Mall which is only about 10 minutes away.  Bonita Beach is only about a fifteen minute drive away.
