Glenview at Shadow Wood is a neighborhood area of seventeen single family homes located within the gated, golf and country club community of Shadow Wood at The Brooks. The homes in Glenview offer a combination of views including nature preserves, lakes and golf course views of the 17th and 18th fairways. Due to the low density there is low turn over of homes in this enclave.

Homes in Glenview at Shadow Wood offer larger sized lots. The interior living space from 2,500 to about 3,700 square feet. Built by Centex Homes, there are a few ground level floor plans plus the courtyard floor plan with cabana. Every home at Glenview at Shadow Wood has a private swimming pool, typically with a screened lanai enclosure.  Many of the homes have a variation of pool and spa combination and some properties have outside kitchen or grilling area for entertaining.

Periodically, homes are offered for sale furnished. Décor varies and many homes have been updated to more contemporary design from their 2003-2005 date of new construction.

Built along the cul-de-sac street of Glenview Lane, Glenview homes have a city address of Estero, Florida and not Bonita Springs, as sometimes posted in error.

All home owners at Glenview have an option to purchase a golf equity membership at Shadow Wood Country Club which includes full access to 54 holes of championship golf at both Shadow Wood & Shadow Wood Preserve. The clubhouse and tennis center is within walking distance of Glenview. In addition, members have options to join The Commons Club which includes a private beach club membership.

Shadow Wood at The Brooks is located in close proximity to many conveniences such as Coconut Point Mall, Southwest Florida International Airport, 5th Avenue in Naples and the white sandy beaches of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach.
