West Views Over the Bay

Every residence in Esperia South faces west, toward Estero Bay, the mangroves of Estero Bay Park and the Gulf beyond. Five residences share each floor. The 01 and 02 stacks open from a private elevator directly into the home. The other stacks use a shared elevator lobby. Hurricane impact glass is standard in the residences.

The nine penthouses add higher ceilings. The 01 penthouse stack has its own private elevator. A few owners have a private two-car or larger garage on the second floor of the building.

Amenities

Esperia South has zero-entry lagoon pools with a lap lane, a spa and a cabana. Inside are a fitness center, men's and women's steam rooms, a massage room, a billiards room and a theater. The club room and card room are in a clubhouse shared with Seaglass. The building also has five guest suites that owners can reserve for visitors, private storage and renovated lobbies.

Location in Bonita Bay

Esperia South sits at the quiet north end of Bonita Bay Boulevard. Estero Bay Park, with its paths, butterfly garden and pier into the marsh, is just to the south. Eagle's Nest is directly across the boulevard. The main gate on US 41 is at the far end of Bonita Bay Boulevard, past the Sanctuary and the club. Many people now call the building simply Esperia, though the MLS still lists it as Esperia South. There is no Esperia North. Seaglass was built on the second pad, where Esperia North would have stood.
