Egret's Landing at Bonita Bay Carriage Homes for Sale in Bonita Springs, Florida

Lake and Golf Views
A lake runs along the south side of Egret's Landing. To the north, the Bay Island Course passes by with its 12th hole. Preserve separates the enclave from the Bayview towers and Estero Bay to the west.
Each residence has three bedrooms and three full baths. Some second-floor homes have a private elevator.
On the Bay Side of Bonita Bay
Egret's Landing sits near the north end of the bay side of Bonita Bay. Estero Bay Park, with its paths, butterfly garden and pier into the marsh, is a short trip north on the boulevard. The marina and Backwater Jack's are a short drive south. The main gate on US 41 is at the far end of Bonita Bay Boulevard, past the Sanctuary and the club.
Trails and the Beach
