Wedgewood at Bonita Bay Condos for Sale in Bonita Springs, Florida
Wedgewood is a community of condominiums just inside the main gate of Bonita Bay. It covers about 22 acres along Wedgewood Drive, the first turn to the right off Bonita Bay Boulevard. Mid-rise buildings and a smaller group of lake villas share the grounds with a lake, preserve and the golf course.

Two Ways to Live in Wedgewood
Most residences are in the mid-rise buildings that line Wedgewood Drive. Some of the larger floor plans span two levels. The lake villas are a separate section of single-story homes with detached two-car garages, which gives them more privacy than the main buildings.
Golf, Lake and Preserve Views
A lake sits on the west side of Wedgewood. On the east side, the Marsh Course runs past with its 1st and 4th holes. The Bay Island Course and its 17th hole lie to the north. Depending on the building and the floor, a residence may look over the fairways, the lake or the preserve.
Close to the Main Gate
Wedgewood is one of the closest condominium communities to the main gate on US 41. The Promenade, with its shops and restaurants, is just across Tamiami Trail. The clubhouse, tennis center and fitness center are a short drive away on Country Club Drive. Cracker Cove and Oakwood sit just across Bonita Bay Boulevard.
Trails and the Beach
The Green Loop Trail begins at the Wedgewood intersection on Bonita Bay Boulevard. The Red, Yellow and Blue Trails begin a short walk east at Bonita Bay Boulevard and Country Club Drive.
