The neighborhood spans roughly thirty acres and includes a total of 168 residences. Coconut Shores offers a quiet residential setting while remaining close to shopping dining and major roadways.

Homes in Coconut Shores include attached villas and condominium coach homes with floor plans ranging from approximately 1,530 square feet to about 2,215 square feet of living space. Layouts include two bedroom two bath designs as well as two plus den three bedroom and three plus den options.
