Coconut Shores is located in Estero, Florida just west of Tamiami Trail and North of Coconut Road. Positioned on about thirty acres, there are 168 homes within the community.  

Condominium coach homes and villa’s range from  1,530 to about 2,215 square feet of living space with either 2 bedrooms, 2+den, 3 Bedrooms or 3+den floor plans.  The attached villas may have an optional private swimming pool with screened lanai and offer a two car garage.

Condominiums and villas at Coconut Shores offer views of lake, wooded preserve area or privacy wall.  There is no golf course at Coconut Shores so there is no golf view available. There are no townhomes in Coconut Shores.  Condominium residences are either on the first floor or the second floor and offer either a two car garage depending.  Second floor units do not have an elevator however there closet engineer which could easily be converted to an elevator.

Coconut Shores is a quaint “island style” community consisting of only three streets, Coconut Island Drive, Coconut Shores Drive and Morning Lake Drive. Amenities at Coconut Shores include gated entry, clubhouse, fitness room, swimming pool with spa and two tennis courts.  Thatched Chickee Hut roofs at the community center give the community an island style, resort atmosphere.

Communities near Coconut Shores include Meadowbrook, Eldorado Acres and Marsh Landing.  Nearby conveniences include Coconut Point Mall which is within walking distance and RSW Southwest Florida International Airport which is about a twenty minute drive away.  The white beaches of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach area about a fifteen minute drive away.
