Imperial Bonita Estates of Bonita Springs, Florida

Imperial Bonita Estates is an active adult manufactured home community located in Bonita Springs near Imperial Parkway and Dean Street.  Homes in “IBE” were installed over a period of many years beginning in the late 1960’s to date.  There are about three hundred homes and home sites in Imperial Bonita Estates.

Some properties in Imperial Bonita Estates are located in the cooperative and some are on land deeded to the owner.  There are also RV and camper hook ups available.   The community of Imperial Bonita Estates is a 55+ manufactured community. 

There are many amenities available including barbecue/picnic area, bike storage, boat storage, bocce court, clubhouse, cabana, business center, common laundry, community pool and spa, dog park, exercise room, hobby room, tennis/pickleball courts, putting green and shuffleboard court.

Imperial Bonita Estates is similar to a few other communities with manufactured homes in the Bonita Springs area including Carousel Cove and Imperial Harbor.
