I sold one of the most beautiful properties in Greyhawk. It was one of the last homes I showed the buyers.

When we walked through the door, one of them said, "This is what I'm talking about." I said, "I know. It doesn't meet your square footage criteria. But I knew it would present larger." They were floored.
This community had the amenities, the atmosphere and the location they wanted. It became the win-win for these buyers. It opened the door to great properties in Greyhawk within their budget and comfort level, with the interior features they wanted and a gorgeous view.
