Located in South Fort Myers, Caloosa Trace is deed restricted enclave of single family homes. Caloosa Trace has a signed entrance off of Alico Road plus another entrance through San Carlos Park on Tahiti Drive.
Most of the homes in Caloosa Trace were constructed between 1990 to 2004. The sizes of homes range from 1,400 to 2,500 square feet of living space and offer three to four bedrooms. Individual homes may have a private swimming pool or a pool can be installed. Most homes, many of which are single story range in design, offer a two car garage.
Caloosa Trace is not a gated community and it offers no amenities. It is very near many conveniences including Gulf Coast Town Center and RSW International Airport.
