The new owners of this Navona condo in The Colony at Pelican Landing are thrilled to call Bonita Springs their new home! 🌴 This gorgeous property was won in a multiple offer negotiation because we created an appealing offer that stuck out to the sellers! How did we help these buyers get their dream home in this competitive real estate market? We first scheduled an exclusive strategy session to prep the buyers for the Bonita Springs real estate market.
