Barefoot Bay of Bonita Springs is a gated community of luxury single-family homes located in Bonita Springs Florida.
Each of the nine homes in this gulf access community has its own private, deeded boat dock with easy access for boating, fishing and paddle sports. Home sizes range from 3,000 SF to about 5,600 SF of living area. Homes in Barefoot Bay are multi story with many top floor providing a water view of Hickory Bay or the Gulf of Mexico. Each home has it’s own private elevator.

Barefoot Bay is situated in a prime location merely a few hundred feet of both Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beaches. While the community doesn’t have central amenities it is in close proximity to many local conveniences and optional memberships an be purchase nearby at The Club at Barefoot Beach which is an equity club offering a lifestyle of leisure, fun and a calendar of social events. The Club is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and offers dining, beach, pool and tennis facilities.
Due to the low density there is a low turnover of homes for sale in Barefoot Bay. Additional, similar properties can be found in the community of Barefoot Beach.
