Pelican Pointe is located on Bonita Beach on Little Hickory Island at 26130 Hickory Boulevard. Enjoy picture perfect southwest Florida sunsets from your on beachfront condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Steps from the Pelican Pointe building are over 7 miles of pristine white powder sand beaches for walking, fishing and shelling.
The Pelican Pointe condominium building is grand in living area size compared to most on Bonita Beach and Hickory Blvd. The condo building was constructed in 1983. There are a total of ten units within the building. The Pelican Pointe building is five stories tall with only two residences per floor. The square footage sizes of the units at Pelican Pointe are much larger than many of the other beachfront condos in the area. Pelican Pointe condos are either 1,892 or 2,144 square foot of living area. There are common elevators servicing the building.
Units at Pelican Pointe rarely become available. There aren't many condo units to go around plus, due to their ample size the owners hold on to them.
Pelican Pointe does offer its own private swimming pool. The building is within walking distance of the marina and restaurant at Big Hickory Seafood Grill and Marina. Extensive walking paths that lead to Bonita Springs and Fort Myers Beach are accessible by bike, also. The Trolley System, a public transportation bus that resembles a trolley car, is also accessible and can deliver passengers as far south as “The Center at Bonita Springs” shopping center to the North end of Fort Myers Beach at Time Square.
While beach front condominium living has it’s privileges often times the ownership of a pet, for example a dog, is not permitted. If you’re looking for a waterfront condo on the beach be sure to check the building restrictions and contact the Pelican Pointe management company to verify the pet rules.
The Pelican Pointe condominium is situated between the Silver Sands Condominium on Bonita Beach and The Mediterra Beach Club right at the junction of Hickory Blvd. near the north end of the island where it branches off toward Fort Myers Beach.
Pelican Pointe is conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport, twenty minutes to fine dining and shopping at Coconut Point Mall and 20 Minutes to Downtown Naples.
Fort Myers Beach is just a few miles north on Estero Boulevard beyond New Pass. Canoe rentals are available at Carl Johnson State Park and Lover’s Key State Park just a few miles north, also.
