The class is Peaceful Yoga in Nature with Kathryn is held every Wednesday at 10:00am.  This class is a calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. The emphasis is on the building awareness of the breath and the body. Asanas (a physical practice of yoga poses) are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. These yoga postures, originated as sitting poses for meditation, became later movements in hatha yoga, adding reclining, standing, inverted, twisting, and balancing poses to the meditation seats.
