Lakes Park Playground Fort Myers

Lakes Park in Fort Myers is one of the biggest public parks in Southwest Florida. This park is so big your kids will be running around for hours and enjoy every minute of it! There is a large playground that looks like a train. Plus, there is an actual train ride you can take for a small fee and a real train parked on display. If you have people who are in your family and they are into trains, this is the place to visit.  If you are looking for fun things to do with kids, this is the place.

There is a huge bridge you can walk over and, of course, lakes everywhere … Lakes Park. There are plenty of  shaded areas for picnics or just a good walking trail. Many people ride bikes and walk all of Lakes Park.  The park is stroller friendly, too.

One of our favorite parts of Lakes Park are the two splash pads that they have.  Make sure to bring your kids bathing suit and towel for a cool down after running around the great park!

Lakes Park is located just off of US 41 at 7330 Gladiolus drive in Fort Myers, Florida. It is located near a variety of restaurants and stores so you can also pick up lunch to eat at the park.
