Short Sale, Foreclosure & Equity Real Estate Sales
Just in case you were curious about the foreclosure or short sale market in Southwest Florida I thought I’d show you how many closed sale last month. We do have a fair amount of equity real estate sales, which means there is not a bank involved in the decision making of the transaction.
The foreclosure market is down slightly and speculation is that the banks are not foreclosing as readily and they’re negotiating short sales a little better, faster, efficiently. (depending upon the lender, of course.)
