The entry level pricing to get into the Bonita Springs real estate market has slowly been rising. Neighborhoods with excessive inventory have stabilized and many are experiencing balanced inventories.
The Estero and Bonita Springs real estate inventory has a whole is at about one year at this time. Of course real estate is local and price driven. Many of the entry level priced areas are experiencing shortages or low inventory. While high rise condominiums have more choices due to higher inventory levels.
