What this move means to Bonita Springs and Estero Florida is spending to the tune of $50 million to build the Hertz Corporate headquarters.  It will also be bringing at least 700 jobs paying an average $102,000 a year. Those Hertz employees will be using local goods and services, dining in our restaurants, shopping in our stores and of course, buying real estate.  This is a win-win for SWFL even before they announced that they will have Ferraris and Lamborghinis in their local rental fleet.
