The Bonita Springs real estate market hasn't been this healthy for some time. Check out how few foreclosures and short sale we have.  It's been a heck of a winter real estate season. Real estate has been selling like hot cakes and prices are going up.  That means fewer and few homes under water, less foreclosures and short sales are far and few between.

Real Estate in Bonita Springs

Again, we're reporting a cash heavy real estate market.  Bonita Springs has nearly 70% cash sales on all closed real estate transactions.  In case you’re curious: Cape Coral is about 55% cash, Naples is about 67% cash, Fort Myers 69% cash, Lehigh about 55% cash, Marco Island 68% cash, Fort Myers Beach 72% cash.

This is the third month that the 200-400K price range outsold the 200K and under price range.  The 200K and under price range is slowly evaporating as the entry level real estate prices have been consistently going up. Bonita Springs Real Estate under $100K is vanishing quickly.

Historical real estate sale for the month of April for the past decade show a leveling off of real estate sales.  Confidence in the real estate market and low interest rates have revitalized the Bonita Springs real estate market.
