Our foreclosure real estate market was bubbling a few years back, we’re watching it fizz out right now. This graph represents the condition of real estate that closed sale in June 2013; nearly 89% were plain old transactions where Bonita Springs real estate sold to a willing buyer with no bank or third party involvement. Great news, huh?
Basically, Bonita Spring real estate is on the mend. We’re watching prices go up and the entry level prices of Bonita Springs real estate go up. There are three homes under $100K in Bonita Springs or Estero. There are currently only twenty single family homes under $200,000.
