We’ve had another outstanding month of real estate sales in Bonita Springs with about eighty-nine percent of sales consisting of equity real estate sales which means that they were NOT in distress.

We’ve had a heck of a tourist season this year. Bonita Springs real estate sales have been surpassing any sales records established in the “boom years”.  The real estate buyers came back this year and they were buying.  Retirees or baby boomers planning for the near future of retirement and a lot of people who bailed out of the real estate market got back in.
