What Price of Real Estate is Selling in Bonita Springs Florida?
The Bonita Springs real estate market is still moving along nicely with the largest share of real estate sales occurring under $400,000. We’ve absorbed a good portion of the excess inventory and many neighborhoods are enjoying a balanced real estate market.
I will repeat that for clarity. We are experiencing a balanced real estate market in many neighborhoods at this time. The great news is that we have a healthy market, prices are stable and even slowly going up in some locations and we’re just going into the busy winter, tourist season.
You had to believe it wasn’t going to last, yet I still get the calls looking for "the deal of the century” or a distressed property sale; short sale or foreclosures. We still have great deals but now there are multiple offers and they go quickly. The days of the real estate buyer shopping their way down the street are over. That was officially a few years back.
