The Bonita Springs real estate market has experienced the lowest short sale and foreclosure rate than it has in years.  Green means go!  Check out the less than 14% rate of short sale and foreclosure that was recorded for the month of May 2012. 

Sales of Homes and Condos in Bonita Springs and Estero continues at record rates.  Inventory is low, especially in entry level pricing.  We’ve absorbed the lions share of our excess real estate inventory. Prices are inching up, foreclosures have slowed tremendously.
