We're just heading into our winter tourist season and the entry level housing inventory is super low. Before you go out shopping make sure you've done your research, gotten prequalified, read a blank contract and have your team in order. You're going to need to be able to rock and roll if you find a house to offer on because odds are you won't be the only person with that plan, this winter.
