Bonita Bay Real Estate Market Report August 1 2012
Bonita Bay real estate sales wrapped up at the end of July showed a fair amount of sales with the most robust amount of real estate sales in the price point over one million dollars. There were no short sales and no foreclosures that sold in Bonita Bay this month – all sales were equity owned sales.
The price point of $600-800,000 realized no closed sales in the Bonita Bay Community in the month of July. The month prior only realized one closed sale in that price point.
