Life in Palm Colony

Palm Colony is laid out on two horseshoe-shaped streets. At the center of each loop sits a small amenity center reserved for Palm Colony residents, with a heated pool, spa, cookout area and mail station. A workout room rounds out the neighborhood amenities. The result is a close, walkable setting where the pool is a short stroll from your front door.

The Homes

Palm Colony homes are in two-story buildings, with residences on both floors. Floor plans offer two bedrooms or more. Many have three bedrooms. Every home has its own one-car or two-car garage, depending on the model, which gives these condominiums more of a single-family feel than most.

Some second-floor residences include a loft that works as an office, guest room, TV room or hobby space. Second-floor homes are reached by stairs, as the buildings do not have elevators. Many homes have open floor plans with high ceilings. Lanais look out over lakes, preserves or the golf course.

Pelican Landing Amenities

Palm Colony sits near the North Gate of Pelican Landing, close to the tennis center. Coconut Point shopping and dining, Bonita Beach and downtown Bonita Springs are all a short drive. Southwest Florida International Airport is about 20 to 25 minutes away by way of I-75.

A Local's View of Palm Colony

Palm Colony has always been one of my favorite sections of Pelican Landing. It is two horseshoe-shaped streets with recreation inside each horseshoe. I especially like the upstairs units. Some of them have a loft, which adds another living area. At that elevation, the units that face the course also enjoy beautiful golf course views.

I have sold a variety of condominiums in Palm Colony as well as throughout Pelican Landing. This section is most quickly reached from the North Gate and is very close to the tennis center. The developer that built Palm Colony also built The Reserve at Pelican Landing. If you like the level of finish and design of these condos, you will also like The Reserve.
